Land Training: Land sessions are run for swimmers 30min before each of the scheduled pool sessions. These make use of the fantastic range of poolside weights and equipment the club owns. If a coach is not available, sessions are written up on poolside for people to do. Water Polo teams also run similar sessions with sport specific weights/stretching occurring prior to water sessions.
Strength and Conditioning (gym): small select groups are eligible for S&C. Contact club captains for information about these sessions.
Extra Swimming: Additional pool time is available during public sessions detailed here: http://www.bristol.ac.uk/sport/facilities/swimming/ Additional coached swimming sessions are also available for Performance Swimmers at both the University Pool and Hengrove Park Leisure Centre (Bristol's 50m swimming pool) as part of the United Bristol SC Performance Programme.
